A xured Galician Gastronomy Awards 2022 made up of Nava Castro, director of Tourism of Galicia, Daniel López (Ou camiño Inglés), Grupo Nove, Superior Hospitality Center of Galicia, Euro Toques, Antonio López (A Fagulla), Amicogal, José Martínez (Ou Parrulo), Rías Altas Gastronomic Club, José Luis Iglesias (Cabanas) and Xosé María Montoto from the Cocido Commission of Lalín, awarded Maruxas de Nata the 2022 Annual Prize for Galician Gastronomy in the category of Best Small Producer. This acknowledgment makes us feel especially proud, because we just belong to the sense of highlighting the traditional crafts sector of Galicia, a sector that represents the values and sentiments that are so present in each and every one of our actions and production processes.
